Your Insurer may appoint us to handle your claim at any stage in its progress through to settlement. We have compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions that might help you to better understand our role and of course you are welcome to call us if you would like to discuss any aspect of the claim that we are working on for you.

We understand the trauma that may have caused you to make a claim in the first place and will do our best to help you through the process and ensure that we apply the terms of your Policy fairly, accurately and as quickly as possible.
